Job Opportunity: Part-Qualified Private Client Tax Accountant

Location: KT Area

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) or Permanent Part Time (25 hours and over)

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing personal tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, both UK and international. You will prepare tax returns, complete specialist computations such as tax pool computations for offshore trusts, and provide tailored tax advice on a wide range of issues including tax-efficient wealth structures, inheritance and capital gains tax mitigation, and international tax planning.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Preparation of tax returns for UK and non-UK high-net-worth individuals

• Preparation of specialist computations such as offshore trust tax pools

• Advising UK and non-UK individuals on a range of personal tax matters

• Liaising with clients, HMRC and third parties in a professional and efficient manner

• Preparing Property Capital Gains Tax Returns

RequirementsWho We're Looking For

The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.

You will ideally have:

• ATT/CTA qualification (or part-qualified with a willingness to continue studying)

• Excellent technical knowledge of private client tax

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

• A proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Strong IT skills with an openness to adopting new technologies
