The Part-Time Assistant Management Accountant will support the accounting team by managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. This temporary role in offers an excellent opportunity for someone in between jobs/looking for temporary work. Please note this is a part-time role (20-25 hours a week).

Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Manage general ledgers day to day.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist with Payroll.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address financial queries.
Profile
A successful Part-Time Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- A background in accounting and finance, with experience in a varied role/s.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- An understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
