Academics, a leading education recruitment agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, are working in partnership with a range of secondary schools who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors on a flexible, ad-hoc daily supply basis.
Cover Supervisor – Role Information:
- Lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Keep pupils engaged and behaviour on track
- Complete a simple handover at the end of the lesson

Cover Supervisor – Applicant Requirements:
- A confident and professional classroom presence
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Minimum of 2 months' UK-based experience working with young people (e.g., schools, coaching, tutoring etc)
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
