ER Specialist
Permanent – Part time (28 hours/week)

Loom Talent are currently working exclusively with a West Midlands manufacturing organisation who are looking for an ER Specialist to join them on a part time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, busy and proactive team and completely take charge of their ER function and processes
You will head up the ER casework for a business of just under 500 employees, with additional support from the HR team of 6. Not only that but you will look at the way they do things – understand the pain points and suitable improvements and ensure the function if fit for purpose.
- Management of all levels of ER including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances etc
- Management coaching and support during meetings, giving guidance and advice where needed
- Be the escalation point for any complex cases and subject matter expert on everything employee relations across the business
- Due to the nature of the industry, there is a high level of health and safety so any experience dealing with cases of that nature will be advantageous
This is a brilliant opportunity for a HR professional with an interest or focus in employee relations looking for a role with great flexibility – maybe around school hours, or another hobby or project.
This could be based over 5 days or 4 shorter days and would offer hybrid working.
