Part-Time Personal Assistant (C-Suite Support)
Location: Hybrid Working
Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Preferred Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, although flexibility can be offered
Contract: Part-Time Temporary Ongoing
Reed is working exclusively with our client based in the London Gatwick area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a professional and fast-paced organisation, providing high-level support to senior executives.
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised PA with previous experience supporting C-suite leaders. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing meeting packs, agendas, presentations and minutes
- Managing expenses, purchase orders and general administration
- Supporting onboarding activities and departmental processes
- Coordinating events, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers and governance documentation
- Building strong working relationships across multiple departments
- About You:
- Significant experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams
- Proven Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant background
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and handle confidential information
- Professional, approachable and adaptable with a customer-focused mindset
