Sales Executive
Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm (35 hours a week)
£12.82 per hour + very high commission
Southam Selections are currently working with an Energy Broker who are looking to recruit some high energy individuals who are able to pick up the phone and speak to business customers to fix them into a new deal. It's working on behalf of British Gas for customers who have moved out of contract.
Ideally you will have a strong personality and desire to earn high commission.
You will have a 1 hour lunch everyday, and a 30 minute paid lunch. The company have a lovely office, and a pool table if you want to stay at the office on breaks.
Hard work is rewarded with high commission structures for those who work hard.
About you
- You don’t need experience in sales but you do need to have a proactive attitude and want to succeed.
- You need strong listening skills
- You need to think outside of the box for getting through the decision makers
- You need to be patient – the longer you work here, the easier the job gets.
- You need to be money motivated
- You need to be a strong team player
