Part-Time Warehouse Operative – Swindon
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator, or Parcel Processor.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 16:00 to 20:00
Rates of Pay:
- £13.02 – £15.82 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a Part-Time Warehouse Operative will be:
- Debriefing couriers upon their return to the depot
- Processing and scanning returned shipments accurately
- Updating shipment information using internal computer systems
- Investigating and resolving basic shipment discrepancies
- Ensuring all returned parcels are correctly recorded and processed
- Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team as required
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Working in line with company health and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and efficient
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be a Part-Time Warehouse Operative will be:
- Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or administration experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Training:
- Full training provided
- Ongoing development support
