Partner – Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax advice across corporate tax, personal tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, VAT, and cross-border structuring.
- Lead technically complex client engagements, ensuring compliance and optimising tax planning opportunities.
- Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings, and business growth strategies.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tax team.
- Grow your own client base while maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and expansion of the firm.

Ideal Candidate:
ACA/CTA qualified with extensive tax advisory experience, strong commercial awareness, and proven leadership in client-facing and team management roles.
