About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Manager to join our Academic Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and supporting the University’s UK and international academic partnerships, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and student experience.
Working within the Quality and Development team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of the University’s strategic objectives by coordinating partnership activity, supporting governance processes, and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and management of collaborative academic partnerships
- Coordinate multiple partnership projects, including planning, timelines, and system integration
- Provide guidance to partner institutions on regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Support quality assurance processes, including course approvals, reviews, and academic governance
- Act as secretary to committees and boards, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes
- Assist with Boards of Examiners, ensuring accuracy of data and compliance with University requirements
- Use systems and technology to enhance process efficiency and data sharing
- Support academic casework and wider partnership-related activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in higher education administration, partnerships, or academic services
- Demonstrates strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Has knowledge of quality assurance and governance processes (desirable)
- Is confident working with multiple stakeholders and building effective relationships
- Possesses excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail
- Is comfortable using systems and tools to improve processes
- Can manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
