Parts Advisor
Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are looking for a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator If you have experience in parts control, stock management, or supporting engineers with parts supply, we’d love to hear from you. Candidates from engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or similar technical sectors are encouraged to apply. Please note there are 2 positions available, one more administrative and one more technical.
As a Parts Advisor you will:
- Manage parts ordering, sourcing, and stock levels to support engineers and workshop teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are available when needed
- Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve parts queries
- Prepare quotations, pricing information, and parts documentation
- Improve parts processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost control
- Produce reports to support planning, forecasting, and operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar parts role
- Strong communication and supplier-management skills
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using systems, databases, or ERP platforms
