Pastoral Lead – Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: White House Farm Primary School
Salary: pro rata £23,263 – £25691 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay. FTS £28,595 – £31,022 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, part-time, term time plus 1 week, 35 hours per week
House Farm Estate in Sprowston, Norwich. Our modern school building and exceptional grounds include two playgrounds, a vast games’ field, and outdoor learning classroom creating an exciting and stimulating outdoor learning area for our youngest children.

THE ROLE
White House Farm Primary School seeks to appoint Pastoral Lead / HLTA to join our school. The post is suitable for an HLTA with a passion for supporting children pastorally. This is a permanent contract.
It is intended that interviews will take place in the week beginning 7th September 2026 and shortlisted applicants will be contacted by email with details of the arrangements. Although, strong candidates may be contacted, interviewed and appointed before the closing date. The post will be offered subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
