Job Title: Patient Coordinator – DBS!
Salary: £13.50-£14 per hour Location: City of London Type: Temporary – Ongoing Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Duties * Acting as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional reception service * Managing a high volume of incoming calls, triaging enquiries efficiently and directing patients appropriately * Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using internal systems * Supporting clinicians with clinic coordination and ensuring appointment schedules run smoothly * Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in line with GDPR guidelines * Handling patient queries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Requirements * Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or within a healthcare setting * Strong telephone manner with proven experience triaging calls * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment * Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office * Professional, calm, and patient-focused approach
