Portfolio Payroll
We are currently partnered with a leading Chartered Accountancy in the South West who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will suit an individual with a keen interest in, and experience of, processing end-to-end payroll; who can work as part of their team whilst maintaining their own portfolio of clients. This will be a hybrid role enabling you have the flexibility of working from home for part of your working week. The ideal candidate will be looking for full-time (37.5) hours, although they will consider part-time requests of at least 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities will include:
- To fully administer the end-to-end payroll process for client payrolls; including new starters, variations, leavers, HMRC submissions
- Dealing with the full auto enrolment pension process; including assessment enrolments, pension file uploading, declarations
- Processing statutory payments including SSP; SMP; SPP; SAP; ShPP
- To build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- To answer telephone and email queries from clients
- Setting up of new client payrolls
- Administrative tasks as required
