Portfolio Payroll
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a Logistics company based in Birchwood who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality payroll service while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
The role:
- Payroll Administrator to process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sites
- Set up and pay new starters & leavers
- Record and validate time & attendance, absence, sickness, and holiday data
- Payslip production
- BACS payment processing
- Support pension administration, including auto-enrolment
- Deal with payroll queries
- Support payroll projects and continuous improvement
About you:
- 1-5 years' payroll administration experience – Salary depends on experience
- Strong data entry and accuracy skills with high attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements
- Experience using payroll systems
- Confidence using Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Customer service focussed
