Payroll Administrator
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a consultancy company based in Waltham Abbey who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team!
Duties:
- Respond to employee payroll queries
- Process payroll inputs, including timesheets, overtime, holidays, and absences
- Verify payroll data before submission
- Calculate 12-month average pay for reporting
- Prepare and post payroll journals across multiple entities
- Support month-end finance processes
- Process weekly purchasing card transactions in MRI
- Assist with Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities.
- Provide cover and support for the wider finance team as required.
Requirements:
- Understand payroll process including pensions
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
Salary and information:
- £30,000-£35,000 DOE
- Office based with 1 day working from home per week
- Permanent
