Robert Half are partnering with an energy company based Waltham Abbey, London who are seeking a confident Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This role is a new role due to growth and will suit someone looking for growth within payroll.
Duties:
* Input, verify, and process timesheets, holidays, absences, overtime, and other payroll variables prior to submission
* Prepare and post payroll journals across multiple entities in line with the month-end timetable (ensure journals are accurately coded to the correct nominal codes, cost centres, and entities)
* Prepare the 12-month average pay calculations for reporting
* Help with Pension inquiries as required
* Providing cover and support to the wider finance team when needed
* To be involved in ad hoc projects and/or to complete any other task as reasonably requested by the finance department

Salary: £DOE
Working Structure: 5 days on-site during probation (6 months), 1 day wfh thereafter
Working hours: 9am – 5pm
Location: Waltham Abbey
