We're looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a collaborative HR Reward team and take ownership of payroll, benefits and pension administration across UK and Jersey entities.

The Role
As the subject matter expert for payroll and benefits, you will:
- Manage and reconcile monthly payroll submissions across the UK and Jersey, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
- Oversee payroll reporting, pensions and benefits administration, partnering with providers including ADP, Mercer Marsh and Aviva.
- Act as the key contact for employee payroll and benefits queries, providing guidance on parental leave, salary sacrifice arrangements and HMRC-related matters.
- Manage the flexible benefits platform (Darwin), including annual enrolment, renewals, testing and employee communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits and pension providers, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Support regulatory requirements including visa-related payroll obligations, international assignments and payroll audits.
- Produce payroll and benefits reporting, management information and data insights while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
About You
You'll bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally using ADP or a similar payroll system.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and payroll reporting.
- Experience administering employee benefits and pensions.
- Experience managing external supplier and provider relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience using the Darwin benefits platform.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Exposure to international assignments and payroll-related tax considerations.
