Portfolio Payroll
Portfolio Payroll are working with a leading business services organisation who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to support their growing payroll function.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Processing monthly payrolls accurately across a large, multi-entity group

Handling payroll queries from employees and managers
-
Completing payroll checks, reconciliations and reports
-
Ensuring all statutory requirements are met (HMRC, SSP, SMP, etc.)

Maintaining employee payroll records and data changes
-
Working closely with the People and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
Experience & Skills:
-
Experience working in a payroll position
-
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
-
Confident using payroll systems and Excel
-
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
-
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
