Payroll Manager | Permanent | Lincoln | Hybrid | £45,000-£47,000
I am working exclusively with a well-established, growing professional services business that continues to invest in its people, technology and payroll function. Following continued growth and positive change, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their Lincoln payroll team.

What I am looking for:
- Payroll bureau / client payroll experience.
- Previous payroll team leadership or management experience.
- Experience managing multiple client payrolls from start to finish.
- Confident processing weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Strong pensions and auto-enrolment knowledge.
- Someone who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and leading by example.
- A positive, proactive person who embraces change and enjoys working collaboratively.
