The Payroll Specialist – 12 Month FTC will play a key role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within the professional services industry. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills, based in Gatwick.

Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details and payment information.
- Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings, such as PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
- Support audits by providing payroll data and documentation as required.
- Contribute to process improvements within the payroll function.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist – 12 Month FTC should have:
- Experience in end to end payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant UK regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- An ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
