PDI Technician roles in Bexley are in demand, and our client is recruiting a PDI Technician to join a high-performing Aftersales team at a busy car dealership. This position supports vehicle preparation and ensures every delivery is safe, compliant and retail ready.

- Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of the PDI Technician:
- Complete Pre Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both fleet and customer vehicles
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes, using digital write-ups and job cards
- Ensure vehicles are compliant, safe and prepared to a high standard prior to customer handover
- Follow workshop processes to support consistent quality, efficiency and safe working practices
- Work as part of a team to meet vehicle preparation targets and maintain dealership standards
Requirements of the PDI Technician:
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Experience as a Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to PDIs and basic service work
- Confidence using iPads and digital workshop systems
- Strong team approach with the ability to follow process and uphold safety and quality standards
- A genuine willingness to learn and progress, with enthusiasm for developing manufacturer accreditation
