We're supporting a well-established organisation in Fife with the appointment of an experienced People Advisor to join their People team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong knowledge of Right to Work compliance, sponsorship processes and people governance who enjoys providing practical support to managers and ensuring robust processes are embedded across the organisation.
Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting employee lifecycle activities and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and support Right to Work (RTW) processes, ensuring all checks are completed accurately and in line with current legislation

Manage sponsorship administration and support visa-related processes across the organisation

Act as a key point of contact for managers on immigration, sponsorship and compliance-related queries

Ensure policies, procedures and people practices are applied consistently

Support managers across a range of people matters and employee lifecycle activities

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date

Assist with audits, reporting and governance activities

Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider business
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:

Previous experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of Right to Work legislation and compliance requirements

Experience managing or supporting sponsorship and visa processes
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
