Reporting to the Head of People and working within a dynamic, close-knit team, the People and Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, while also assisting with a range of HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, and people-focused projects. This is a highly collaborative and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and recruitment and is looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and progressive organisation
This is a fast paced and varied role where duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Collaborate closely with the People/HR team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment and HR processes.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Accurately maintain employee and recruitment records within HR and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide support across a range of HR administration activities, including onboarding, reporting, KPI tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a recruitment, HR administration, or HR coordinator position. You will be eager to learn, take a hands-on approach, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will be confident using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR platforms, and reporting tools, with strong administrative capabilities and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines will be key to your success
