About The Role
We are looking for a People Operations Apprentice to begin an exciting career in HR while making a real difference to schools across Futura Learning Partnership. You will complete a business administration apprenticeship.
You’ll gain valuable experience across every stage of the employee journey, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance and people systems while developing your knowledge and skills in a busy People Operations team.
Working alongside experienced People Operations colleagues, you'll build strong relationships with school leaders, Office Managers and staff across the Trust, helping to deliver an efficient and responsive HR service. With opportunities to develop your confidence, organisation and communication skills, you'll play an important role in ensuring our schools receive the support they need to help colleagues thrive.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work
• Builds positive relationships and works well in a team
• Is eligible to undertake an HR Support Level 3 qualification and has proven ability for self-study
• Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s or equivalent– English & Maths grade C 4 or above)
• Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
