You'll ideally bring:

* Experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR Manager role

* CIPD Level 5 or above

The culture

The business has grown rapidly and is moving from a more entrepreneurial, founder-led environment towards a more mature and professionalised organisation. As a result, this role would suit someone who enjoys change, can balance operational delivery with longer-term thinking and wants to play a visible role in shaping how a growing business evolves.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Package

* Circa £50,000 salary

* Benefits package

* Primarily site-based in Stoke-on-Trent

* Opportunity to work closely with a highly respected People Director

* Genuine scope to influence strategy, projects and organisational development
