Description
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding processes for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation as required.
- Support the organisation of training sessions and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Respond to internal queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all administrative activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative efficiency.
Profile
A successful People Team Admin should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
