This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Executive to join the performance marketing team of a well-known owner-run fashion brand. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across Google and Microsoft Ads.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimise paid search, Pmax, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Own day to day optimisations across keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy, and landing pages
- Conduct regular search query, keywords, and audience analysis
- Monitor AI-led campaigns including URL exclusions, interpreting insights and recommending actions
- Support and help manage feed optimization
- Manage ongoing Demand Gen/ Pmax asset group updates, including creative refreshes and asset group testing, asset performance reviews and optimisation, and audience signal refinement
- Support and help manage a structured testing roadmap across all paid activities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate tests across bidding, creative, assets, and landing pages
- Document test results clearly and translate learnings into actionable recommendations
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards
- Analyse performance data to generate clear insights and optimisation opportunities, utilizing 3rd party data
- Support performance reviews by explaining what's working, why it's working, and what to do next
- Collaborate with brand, creative, web, trade, and CRM teams to ensure alignment across channels
- Support conversations with platform partners (e.g. Google) where required
- Brief in new codes and URLs to the web & CSR teams
- Test all new promotions before they go live to ensure a good customer experience
- Coordinate the digital marketing offer schedule and work with our other marketing teams to ensure promotions are consistent across channels
Profile
A successful Performance Marketing Executive should have:
- Solid paid search experience (Google, Bing ads platforms), with a strong track record of running successful campaigns from conception, execution & data analysis
- Strong analytical thinkers with excellent numerical skills
- High attention to details and able to manipulate data using advanced Excel
- Articulate, verbally and in writing, able to simplify and convey complex data and the insights gathered from it
- Up to date with market and technological related innovations
- Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience of working in a retail e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essential
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively
- Well organised, efficient, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and pro-active, with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
- Experience using GA4 / Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with Power BI
