Permanent Community Support Worker (Full-Time)

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in your community? We are currently recruiting Permanent Community Support Workers across Tayport, St Andrews, and Cupar. Location & VacanciesYou must live within a 30-minute parameter of at least one of the following services:

  • Tayport: 1x Full-Time vacancy (Female Driver preferred due to specific personal care requirements).
  • St Andrews: 1x Full-Time vacancy (Female Driver preferred due to specific personal care requirements).
  • Cupar: 1x Full-Time vacancy (Male or Female Driver).

Hours & ScheduleThe role averages 35 hours per week on a consistent, two-week rolling rota featuring split shifts (07:30-13:00 and 17:00-21:30):

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Pay & Benefits

  • Base Pay: £12.80 per hour on weekdays and an enhanced rate of £16.80 per hour on weekends.
  • Overtime Incentives: Fantastic bonuses of +£25 per extra dayshift and +£35 per extra backshift.

Key Requirements

  • Driving: You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience: Care experience is not essential-full training is provided.
