PA to Senior Management Team
Location: Cambridge (with parking)
Salary: £30,894 (Term Time +) / £37,403 FTE
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per year)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Senior Management Team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This is a pivotal position, offering the chance to work closely with senior leaders, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities and supporting key operational and strategic priorities.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and organisational support, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive management of complex and frequently changing diaries
- Full inbox management, ensuring prioritisation and timely responses
- Drafting, editing and proofreading high-quality correspondence, reports and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
- Supporting internal communications across senior stakeholders
- Organising travel, events and external engagements
- Managing and supporting projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Acting as a central liaison point across departments
- Supporting wider administrative functions and key events
About You

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience providing support at senior management level
- Strong diary and inbox management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail with strong proofreading ability
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple demands
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Desirable
- Experience within education or a similar complex organisation
- Event or project coordination experience
- Familiarity with databases or management information systems
