Personal Assistant – Immediate Start (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced business within the fashion and luxury sector.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting both business and personal requirements in a varied and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating national and international travel arrangements
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing emails, correspondence and confidential information
- Supporting on events, showroom activity, and fashion calendar coordination
- Assisting with project coordination and ad-hoc operational tasks
- Handling expenses, documentation and general administrative support
About You
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A genuine interest in the fashion, retail or luxury industry is highly desirable
