As we scale, the demands on our leadership team continue to grow. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant who can take ownership of the day-to-day so our leaders can focus on building the business.

The Opportunity

This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business.

You'll provide dedicated support to the senior leadership team, managing everything from diaries and documents to office operations, events, and the occasional personal task. No two days will look the same, and you'll quickly become the person everyone relies on to keep things moving.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Documents

  • Manage inboxes, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle expenses, invoices, and basic record-keeping.
  • Maintain well-organised digital filing and document systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.

Office & Events

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure the office is presentable and well-stocked.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, team socials, and internal gatherings.
  • Support the setup and smooth running of new office locations as the business grows.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage personal diaries, appointments, and reminders for the leadership team.
  • Arrange travel, bookings, and reservations as required.
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc lifestyle tasks.
  • Act as a trusted, discreet point of contact across both work and personal matters.

What We're Looking ForEssential

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office technology.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced business.
  • Experience with office management or event coordination.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar productivity platforms.
  • Experience working in a growing or multi-site business.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Become the trusted right hand to the leadership team, managing their time and priorities effectively.
  • Keep the office running smoothly and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Take ownership of administrative and personal tasks, freeing up leadership to focus on growth.
  • Successfully coordinate company events and support the setup of new office locations.
  • Be recognised as an indispensable part of how Archer Group operates day to day.
