Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
An established and expanding law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner to join its Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex, high-value litigation while joining a collaborative team with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of Fast Track and Multi Track personal injury claims valued up to £50,000, handling technically challenging RTA litigation from instruction through to conclusion. The role provides exposure to complex liability issues, cost budgeting, case management and high-value litigation, while working alongside experienced litigators within a well-established team.
About You
You will have extensive experience managing litigated personal injury claims, including Multi Track matters, together with an excellent working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex files independently are essential. Experience in credit hire litigation and costs management would be advantageous.
