Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
A well-established law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims including RTA, EL/PL, OL and CICA claims within a supportive environment that offers ongoing training and genuine career progression.
The Opportunity
You will handle a caseload of personal injury claims including matters within and outside of the MOJ Portal. The role offers a steady and varied caseload with the opportunity to develop your experience across multiple areas of personal injury litigation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a personal injury caseload on and off the MOJ Portal
- Dealing with OIC and infant approval cases
- Providing clear and consistent advice to clients
About You
- Experience managing a personal injury caseload
- Familiarity with MOJ Portal processes and litigated claims
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
