Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham
The Role
Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join a busy and growing Defendant EL/PL team. You will manage a varied caseload of domestic and international EL/PL matters, including multi-track claims, acting on behalf of insurers and defendant clients.
This is a hands-on role offering strong technical exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters while maintaining autonomy over your own files.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims from instruction to resolution
- Handle a mix of domestic and international matters across a range of insurance claims
- Progress multi-track cases efficiently and commercially (depending on experience)
- Collaborate closely with the hiring manager on case strategy and delivery
- Provide clear, concise reporting to insurer clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate file management, compliance and time recording
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ – 5 years’ PQE
- Strong defendant EL/PL experience
- Experience handling multi-track matters is advantageous
- Able to clearly demonstrate caseload experience
