This leading specialist personal injury practice is seeking an experiencedsolicitor to take on a caseload of multitrack claimant cases. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm structured specifically to support high-quality catastrophic injury work — not volume.
This role is home based, offers excellent benefits and a genuinely supportive culture, this role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury lawyer who wants the autonomy, time, and resources to deliver exceptional long-term outcomes for clients.
The Role
You will handle a portfolio of Personal Injury Multitrack claims typically £50,000 to £150,000 in value. You’ll shape case strategy end-to-end, working closely with medical, rehabilitation, care, and financial experts to deliver first class results for your clients.
You will:
- Run your own caseload of personal injury files
- Deal with matters such as liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement
- Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation support for clients
- Work with a full network of specialists including counsel, case managers and medical experts
About You:
Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 8+ PQE
- Proven track record running Personal Injury claims
- Excellent litigation skills and strong command of court processes
- High-level client care experience
