Description
As a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive With Litigation Rights your duties will include:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert advice to clients.
- Prepare and draft documents, ensuring accuracy
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation where necessary.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth handling of claims
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and industry regulations.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights should have:
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a focus on personal injury law.
