We are partnering with a leading organisation in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Retail Eye Care market, to recruit an impactful Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sustainability Lead who will shape and drive the company’s environmental strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change, influence culture and bring new ideas to life.

This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely with limited travel to our client’s office when required.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sustainability Lead

• Proven experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance and net zero project implementation. Ideally, this is within the Healthcare, OTC or pharmaceutical industry.
• Use cutting-edge tools and insights –proficiency in sustainability assessment tools, carbon footprint analysis, and other relevant software.
• Experienced inidentifying trends and delivering smart, data-driven recommendations that influence key decisions.
• Lead, inspire, and influence,working across teams and with external partners to embed sustainable practices and create lasting behavioural change.
