Description

- Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely ordering of pharmaceutical supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the pharmacy achieves its financial targets and maintains a high standard of customer service.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments within the retail business to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the healthcare and pharmacy industry.
Profile
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices in the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a pharmacy team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a focus on customer service.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team.
