Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex (ON SITE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (occasional weekend work with time off in lieu)
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Photo/Video Content Creator to join a growing in-house Studio team based in East Sussex.

This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate take ownership of photography and videography projects from concept through to final delivery, producing engaging visual content that supports product launches, e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, trade events, and social media activity across a portfolio of leading sports and lifestyle brands.

Working closely with Marketing and Product teams, you will play a key role in bringing products and campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing, photographing, filming, and editing engaging content for product launches, e-commerce, trade events, and social media platforms
  • Managing photo and video projects from initial concept and storyboarding through to production and post-production
  • Producing high-quality studio and lifestyle photography alongside dynamic video content
  • Working on location with brand partners, athletes, ambassadors, and teams to capture engaging campaign assets
  • Creating mobile-first and short-form content for digital and social channels
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to deliver creative assets aligned with business objectives
  • Exploring emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance photography and video production workflows
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional creative standards
  • Maintaining organised archive management and efficient file structures across all creative assets

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree (2:1 or above) in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or a related discipline
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and videography work
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end video production projects
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
  • Significant experience in both studio and lifestyle photography and videography
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of creative output
  • Passion for digital content creation and an understanding of current digital best practice
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the UK for location shoots

Our ideal candidate

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and confident balancing creativity with structure, priorities and deadlines. You should have confidence working within the Studio team or on individual location shoots.

Additional Information

  • Full-time permanent position subject to successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
  • Based in Robertsbridge, East Sussex, with regular travel required for UK location shoots
  • Occasional weekend work may be required, with time off in lieu available
