Reed Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Slough to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational PE Teacher for a September 2026 start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality physical education and promoting healthy, active lifestyles among pupils.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality PE lessons across the primary age range
- Inspire pupils of all abilities to develop a love of sport and physical activity
- Contribute to the wider curriculum, including extracurricular clubs and sporting events
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school priorities
- Promote positive behaviour, teamwork and resilience through sport
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome – MPS1 to UPS3)
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and school sport
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, creativity and high expectations for all pupils
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
