Reed Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Slough to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational PE Teacher for a September 2026 start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality physical education and promoting healthy, active lifestyles among pupils.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality PE lessons across the primary age range
  • Inspire pupils of all abilities to develop a love of sport and physical activity
  • Contribute to the wider curriculum, including extracurricular clubs and sporting events
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school priorities
  • Promote positive behaviour, teamwork and resilience through sport

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome – MPS1 to UPS3)
  • Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and school sport
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, creativity and high expectations for all pupils
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
