We are working with a fantastic school in the Maidstone area who are seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who loves bringing Physics to life – inspiring students to understand not just the formulas and theories, but the fascinating world behind them. The successful candidate will join a collaborative Science department where creativity, high expectations, and a passion for learning are encouraged.
The Role:
- Teach Physics across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities depending on experience
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire students and develop their scientific thinking
- Plan and assess learning effectively, supporting students to reach their full potential
- Encourage curiosity through practical experiments and real-world applications of Physics
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive Science department
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Physics Teacher:
- A qualified Physics Teacher or Science Teacher with a strong Physics specialism
- Someone who is enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about helping young people succeed
- A teacher who can create engaging lessons and build positive relationships with students
