Description
As a Plot Sales Paralegal/Legal Executive your duties will include:
- Manage a caseload of plot sales transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Conduct due diligence, including title checks and searches.
- Assist with post-completion matters, such as registration and file closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful Plot Sales Paralegal/Legal Executive should have:
