Plumber – Social Housing (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Location: Basinstoke
Salary: £160 – £180 day
Temporary Position 4 -6 weeks
We’re working with a growing contractor who has just secured a brand-new 5-year framework with a leading social housing provider – and they’re expanding fast.
As a result, we’re looking for Plumbers to join the team delivering high-volume kitchen and bathroom installations across social housing properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a key part of a dedicated team carrying out planned works within occupied and void properties, including:
- Full installation of bathrooms and kitchens
- Plumbing for sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and pipework
- Working from plans and specifications to deliver high-quality finishes
- Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Providing excellent customer service in residents’ homes

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience within social housing or domestic settings preferred
- Full UK driving licence (if required)
