Your new company
We are recruiting a Multi-Trade Plumber to work with a large social housing provider, carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied properties across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Your new role
- Completing day-to-day plumbing repairs in occupied homes
- Carrying out multi-trade tasks where required (basic joinery, tiling, patch plastering, etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Managing workload effectively to meet response times
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a multi-trade plumber
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification desirable
- Strong background in reactive maintenance
- Ability to work professionally in occupied properties
- Own van preferred, although a company van may be available
- Full UK driving licence
What you'll get in return
- Up to £26 per hour
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
