The Role – Greenwich
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD and SLD
- Assist students with complex learning, sensory and communication needs
- Support personal care where required in a dignified and respectful manner
- Use visual aids, sensory strategies and tailored interventions
- Encourage engagement, independence and social development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
- Help maintain a structured, safe and nurturing learning environment

This SEN Teaching Assistant position provides a strong stepping stone into long-term careers such as:
- Teacher (Primary, SEN or Specialist Provision)
