Location: Hall Green, Birmingham B28
Daily Pay Rate: £150 – 200
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

We're working with a welcoming and well-established primary school seeking a confident and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary teacher who enjoys variety, values work-life balance, and thrives in different classroom environments. You'll deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across the school, supporting pupils' learning while providing teachers with valuable PPA time.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and learning needs
- Maintain strong classroom management and pupil engagement
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues across the school
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Confidence teaching across multiple year groups
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
