SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Harrow/Barnet seeking a confident and adaptable PPA Teacher to join them full-time from September 2026.
This role is ideal for teachers looking for greater flexibility than full class teaching, with no marking responsibilities and the opportunity to teach a variety of classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 throughout the day. It's a fantastic chance to develop and hone your skills across different year groups within a supportive environment. ECTs are welcome to apply.

The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary phase
* No marking required
* Teach a range of classes daily across different year groups
* Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment
* Work closely with staff to ensure continuity of learning
The Ideal Candidate
- QTS and primary teaching experience
* Confident across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Strong behaviour management
* Flexible, proactive and a strong team player
