Account Manager (Paid Media)
- London (Hybrid) – 3 office days a week
- Salary £40,000 – £44,000

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, drive strategy and directly impact growth across a portfolio of digital accounts.
The Role
You'll sit at the centre of your accounts – balancing client leadership, strategic thinking and team management. You'll be responsible for delivering performance, but critically, also for growing accounts and increasing long-term value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
- Lead campaign strategy and ensure best-in-class execution
- Deliver clear, insightful performance updates and recommendations
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across accounts
- Support new business pitches and proposals
- Manage and develop junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities
