PPC Specialist (Ecommerce)

We are seeking a PPC Specialist with a robust background in building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an eCommerce setting. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, takes full ownership of campaign performance, and is passionate about driving measurable results. Please note candidates must be Kent based as this role is onsite.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign setup, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and scale eCommerce campaigns, including product feeds, Merchant Center, and Shopping ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse competitor activity, keyword trends, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and web to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and present campaign performance to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong hands-on experience in campaign build and optimisation.
  • Experience working with eCommerce clients or brands is essential or highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable decisions.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximise ROI.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
