The Management Recruitment Group
A Pre-Construction Administrator supports the early stages of our construction projects, helping keep everything organised and moving in the right direction. Based in South London, you’ll handle enquiries, pull together tender documents, keep track of submissions, and make sure the team has what they need to deliver clear, accurate proposals. You’ll work closely with estimators, proposals managers, and project leads, making sure information flows smoothly and deadlines don’t slip. If you enjoy staying organised, communicating well, and keeping busy, you’ll fit right in.
Day to day, you’ll be booking meetings, speaking with clients and suppliers, updating internal systems, and keeping an eye on where each bid is in the pipeline. You’ll help gather technical details, tidy up documents, and make sure everything looks sharp before it goes out. It’s a great role for someone proactive and detail-driven who likes being at the heart of a fast-paced construction business and enjoys supporting a team to get projects off the ground.
